Biography

Daniel Wagner received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Westmont College in 1987 and Juris Doctor from Santa Barbara College of Law in 2000. Since 2000, he has practiced as both defense and applicant counsel in workers’ compensation matters and has also been active in social security law and estate planning. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Wagner was a public relations professional in the high tech arena.

Mr. Wagner is a certified specialist in Workers’ Compensation.
