Biography

Mr. Preece received his Juris Doctor Degree from Western State University of Law in 1986. Mr. Preece has over twenty years of workers’ compensation defense experience including 132a, serious and willful and insurance coverage issues with a special emphasis on Appelate work including Statutory and Discretionary Writs and Petitions for Reconsideration. Mr. Preece is a certified specialist in workers’ compensation and a member of the California Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorneys Association.
