Biography

Laura L. Beckemeyer is a 1993 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and a 1987 cum laude Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Sigma Iota graduate of Rutgers College, Rutgers University.  She was admitted to the Missouri State Bar in 1994 and to the California State Bar in 1998.  Prior to joining GMK, her practice focused on international corporate finance and commercial real estate development law and workers’ compensation.  Ms. Beckemeyer exclusively specializes in the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, insurers and third party administrators.
