Albert Scoma received his undergraduate degree from California State University Chico in Political Science in 2010. He continued his education at University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law and received his Juris Doctorate in 2014. While at University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law Mr. Scoma also received his mediation certificate.
Mr. Scoma started his career in workers compensation as an adjuster at one of California’s largest national carriers where he gained valuable insights as to client’s specific needs. After that Mr. Scoma practiced at the largest workers’ compensation defense firm in California before joining Goldman Magdalin Straatsma, LLP., Currently, Mr. Scoma represents employers, self-insured entities, insurance carriers and third party-administrators in all areas of workers’ compensation defense.
